Refund Policy

Your reservation is a pre-order for a product still in development, so our refund policy is deliberately simple and generous.
Fully refundable before launch
You can cancel your reservation and get a full refund at any time before Mirra opens to you. No questions asked.
After launch
Once Mirra is live and you have started using it, standard subscription terms apply and you can cancel future billing at any time. Nothing recurring is charged until you go live and approve your first posts.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address you used to reserve, or reply to your confirmation email, and we will process it. Refunds are issued through our payment provider, Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record), back to your original card.
